What did I learn?

Now that I collected all these observations, I made ideas out of them. I sketched out user flows in order to create designs to solve users’ problems. I dived into the specific paths a user could take within my product to understand the navigation layout and hierarchy.

I rapidly generated sketches for possible ideas for workflows,  and refined my best design solutions. 

I made decisions using several data to achieve the following:
